Approvals
- Georgia Blair moved the approval of the agenda. Gwendolyn Amamoo seconded the motion, which carried unanimously.
Plan for managing VRIP retirees from BPL
- Discussion of reorganization plans 1,2, and 3.
- Nell Allen moved the approval of reorganization plan number three. Judge Owens seconded the motion. Nell Allen amended the motion to approve reorganization plan number three and to include the branch head at Ensley in the rehiring plan. Judge Owens seconded the amended motion, which carried unanimously.
