- Meeting called to order by President Gwendolyn B. Welch.
- The Invocation was given by Georgia Blair.
Approvals
- Nell Allen moved the approval of the agenda. Dora Sims seconded the motion, which carried.
Pratt City Temporary Location
- Georgia Blair moved the approval of the following:
- It is the recommendation of the Director that the Pratt City Library temporary location is not placed for bid or established because the permanent Pratt City Library location is scheduled to open in early 2013. Nell Allen seconded the motion, which carried.
