Moss Rock Preserve is a 250-acre nature preserve located in the City of Hoover. Featuring nearly 10 miles of hiking footpaths, the preserve also attracts rock climbers of all skill levels to its Boulder Field.
Located just south of Birmingham near I-65, Oak Mountain is Alabama's largest state park. Visitors can enjoy a variety of activities such as camping, mountain biking, boating, fishing, swimming, hiking, and a lakeside beach.
